Bien que le syst\u00e8me nerveux p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique (SNP) poss\u00e8de une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du syst\u00e8me nerveux central, la r\u00e9paration spontan\u00e9e est limit\u00e9e lorsque la discontinuity nerveuse d\u00e9passe 3 cm chez l\u2019humain [2].
